We are structured to turn your prototypes quickly. We stock a wide range of raw materials to turn your ideas into reality, fast. We use our new fiber laser and precision waterjet prototyping center to make blanks as soon as we receive your CAD file. The blanks are then formed on our servo brake presses.
Beyond prototyping, some types of parts never justify the expense of hard tools. We have a variety of options to produce your lower-volume parts without high capital costs. How about a tool for $500 to $1000, delivered in one week? Our "quickie die" program lets you get some of the cost advantages of hard-tooled parts. This program is also ideal for ramp-to-production quantities, including stage tooling before committing to hard tooling.
